2. Account Registration & Verification

When you register with ky9, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balances held. All registration details are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at ky9's discretion.

Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify ky9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ky9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use prior to such notification.
• ky9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or proof of payment method (e.g., bKash account screenshot).
• Accounts that fail verification checks may be suspended or permanently closed. Any pending balances subject to dispute may be held during investigation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ky9 supports fast BDT deposits and withdrawals tailored to Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the following terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window (typically 7–30 days depending on the offer). Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• A standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x to 40x the bonus amount applies before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The exact rollover is displayed on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Abuse of bonus systems — including coordinated betting to exploit promotions — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account closure.

5. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ky9 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software, and the site's overall design — is the intellectual property of ky9 or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any ky9 content is strictly prohibited and may attract civil or criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ky9 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, or modify any ky9 content or technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ky9 and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server downtime, or payment processing errors not caused by ky9's gross negligence.
• Interruptions to gaming services caused by internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action).
• Gambling losses incurred during your use of the platform, which remain solely your responsibility as a voluntary participant in real-money wagering.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Suspension & Termination of Accounts

ky9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete required KYC or account verification within the stipulated timeframe.
